Experience
I am a current PhD Geography Student at the University of Waterloo focusing on Climate Science. My previous teaching experience inclues work as a sessional instructor at Simon Fraser University teaching a 200-level Physical Geography course on Weather and Climate (GEOG 214); As well as experience as a lab technician/instructor in the Geography Department at Douglas College in Vancouver. As a Teaching Assistant, I've taught the SFU Weather and Climate course several times, and I am currently a Teaching Assistant for UWaterloo's Advanced Statistical Research Methods in Environment (ENVS 278).

Hobbies
I've actively volunteered as a Science Outreach Educator and as a volunteer author with Let's Talk Science since 2011, and in 2013 was nominated for Canadian Volunteer of the Year by the Simon Fraser University outreach office. I've also served as a volunteer judge at the British Columbia Provincial Odyssey of the Mind Youth Problem Solving competition on several occasions.
