Education

I completed my undergraduate degree in Mechatronics before going on to complete a Master of Science degree specializing in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo. The research area that I focused on for my master's degree was robotics and controls. I also have a Ph.D. in Mechatronics from the University of Waterloo. The areas of specialization for my Ph.D. were Autonomous Robots, Control, and Estimation, with a focus on flying robots.

Experience

I have extensive experience working as a teaching assistant at the University of Waterloo and have also won the Best Teaching Assistant award several times. As a teaching assistant, some of the courses I have taught include ECE 380, ECE 484, MTE 220, MTE 360, ME 360, MTE 262, ME 262, and finally, ME 202. With my teaching experience and advanced qualifications, I have the necessary expertise to assist students with a wide range of subjects from Computer Programming, Electrical Engineering, Linear Algebra, and so much more.

Hobbies

My major interest is in robotics and automation, specifically on autonomous robots, control and estimation of drones, and quadcopters. I'm currently working on novel research related to drones at one of the most prestigious labs at University of Waterloo. I also have vast experience working on autonomous ground robots as well. I play badminton, snooker, and cricket during my free time. Severed as an executive of UW badminton club and UW cricket club for many years.
