I have a Doctorate in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo where I am currently working as a Postdoctoral Fellow.
Experience
I have two years of tutoring experience in high school math, pre-calculus, calculus 1 and 2, and physics. I have also worked on various projects with real-life industrial applications. As a tutor, my areas of expertise are calculus, English, physics, writing, technical writing, and 10th and 11th-grade math. I also can tutor AP calculus and physics. In the past, I have TAed and privately tutored courses pertaining to chemical engineering as well as math and physics at a college and high school level. I also have some experience tutoring in English as a business language and have provided proofreading and report writing services. I enjoy tutoring because it gives me the chance to pass on what I know to those who need it the most. It will also help me conceptualize science and math concepts in greater theoretical depth.
