Experience
I served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Waterloo. Through that experience, I learned the importance of explaining concepts and skills step-by-step to help students more readily understand the material. I can work with students on several subjects. For instance, I can be an excellent speaking partner for students learning Mandarin Chinese. Likewise, I can lead students through exercises to strengthen their grasp of chemical engineering topics like heat transfer, process design, and unit operations. I can answer questions as they arise, as well as offer support in homework, test prep, and other areas. My schedule allows me to work with students at a time and place that suits their needs, whether they'd like to meet for 1-on-1 sessions or opt for online review.
